About Savills Guardian

Guardian Group was established in 1977. It was a subsidiary specialized in property management of a prestigious local Chinese developer firm. Possessing a good business strength and high potential in business development, Guardian was acquired by First Pacific Davis in 1990. First Pacific Davis was renamed as FPDSavils when she was merged with the Savills Group in 1997. Guardian was logically became one of the key member companies of FPDSavills. In 2005, FPDSavills was renamed as Savills, Guardian Group was then renamed as Savills Guardian in the same year as well. Guardian owns four wholly owned subsidiaries covering property management, repair and maintenance, security and landscaping services at the beginning. With the hard effort in exploring potential business opportunities, we also provide cleaning, carpark management and even household services etc. nowadays, which facilitate Guardian to render a real “One-stop-Shop” services to her valuable clients. Meanwhile, Guardian started the business in Macau by establishing a joint venture company with marked returns and speedy business development in recent years.
