Mr. Joseph Leung has been appointed Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director – Hong Kong & Macau of Savills (Hong Kong) Limited. In this strategic leadership role, he leads the Group’s property and asset management, as well as leasing operations, with a focus on enhancing performance, fostering innovation, and driving sustainable growth.

With over 30 years of experience and expertise in property development, property and asset management, leasing, and project planning, Joseph is a seasoned leader in the real estate industry. Prior to his return to Savills, he served as Deputy Managing Director of Asset Management at Chinachem Group and held senior leadership roles with notable property developers, including New World Development Company Limited, where he played a pivotal role in enhancing portfolio value and operational efficiency. His career also features a distinguished 16-year tenure at Savills, reinforcing his reputation as a visionary and results-driven leader.

Joseph’s extensive industry network and strong relationships with clients and stakeholders across both global and local markets are invaluable assets. His strategic mindset and operational acumen are instrumental in aligning business objectives with market opportunities. As COO, he is dedicated to championing excellence, reinforcing financial discipline, and steering the Group toward continued success in a dynamic property landscape.

Joseph holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and is a Chartered Surveyor, awarded by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Managing Director's Bio

Mr. Samuel Dong has been appointed Managing Director of Guardian Property Management Limited. In this role, Samuel leads the Guardian Property Management Group’s overall strategic direction and business development. His leadership spans across multiple subsidiaries, including Swan Hygiene Services Ltd, Security And Safety Ltd (SAS), Guard Able Ltd, Express Engineering Ltd, and other affiliated entities.

With over two decades of experience in property and facility management, Samuel brings a broad perspective and deep industry insight into the evolving needs of commercial and corporate real estate. Prior to joining Guardian, he served as Director of Property Services at Chinachem Group, where he oversaw a diverse property portfolio and drove transformative initiatives that reshaped operational frameworks and service delivery.

At Guardian, Samuel focuses on long-term value creation, service innovation, and strengthening client relationships. He is committed to fostering a collaborative culture across the Group, aligning business units with strategic goals, and exploring new opportunities for sustainable growth.

Samuel holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree. He is a licensed Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1), a professional member of The Hong Kong Institute of Real Estate Administrators (HIREA), and a Chartered Surveyor accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
