Responsibilities:

• Assist the Site Manager to work with the Authority’s Representative to address any specific requirements or concerns; liaise and coordinate with the Relevant Authorities
• Manage and supervise the overall day-to-day operations including cleaning and security
• Customer service duties
• Assist in preparing documentation, performing and implementing the activities plan

Requirements:

• Certificate/ Diploma or above, preferably in  Property Management or related discipline
• 3 years or above working experinece in Property / Facilities Management; candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Facilities Officer
• Good PC knowledge of MS Office, typing and Chinese word processing
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English; 
• Possession of valid Security Personnel Permit (SPP) is preferred
• PMP (Tier 2) Licence holder
