Requirements:

• Certificate/ Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Building Service Engineering/ Building studies and the related discipline or equivalent;
• Registered Electrical Worker license A0 (preferable);
• Communication skills in fluent Cantonese;
• Customer-oriented with strong communication skills;
• For Senior Technician, at least five (5) years of maintenance experience; and
• For Technician, at least three (3) years of maintenance experience.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out minor repair, routine monitoring measures and operational preventive maintenance works;
• Identify defects, necessary repairs and maintain good conditions of the building services installations, building fabrics and common parts of the Venue;
• Handle and repair electrical, mechanical, ELV systems and plumbing and drainage faults and damage of building;
• Conduct ad-hoc repair for building services system breakdown;
• Assist to control and manage the parts and equipment inventory;
• Maintain relevant building services records in an organized and proper manner;
• Attend to emergency and/or typhoon related duties or overtime work as required;
• Maintain workshop and facility rooms clean and tidy;
• Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by superiors from time to time; and
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

New Performing Arts Venue at West Kowloon

Working Days:

6-day work per week

Daily Working Hours:

9 working hours (including 1 hour meal break)
