Responsibilities:

Repair and maintenance, building service engineering and supervisory duties, and ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma / Higher Certificate or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Installation, or equivalent
• 10 years' of relevant experiences, and possess a minimum of 3 years' building management and maintenance experience in property / facility management
• Hands-on computer knowledge
• Shift duty is required, willing to work on Saturday / Sunday / general holidays
